About Us

CrossFit is designed to be an all-encompassing fitness program. It will cover strength, cardio, toning, flexibility and endurance. CrossFit will condition your body so you can perform at your best in any physical activity. This course is intense but rewarding and you will never do the same workout twice. Join this semester at the Fieldhouse for only $75 for the semester. Classes are offered Monday through Friday.

CrossFit classes will be offered five days a week--Monday through Friday--during the spring 2014 semester for $75. Classes begin January 6, 2014; fees must be paid by January 31, 2014.
