Frequently Asked Questions
Question
Q
How will repeated courses appear on my transcript?
Answer(s)
A
The most recent grade will be calculated into your GPA. All other grades (for the repeated course) will still be noted on your transcript and will be marked with an “E,” which indicates “repeated course.” The original course will not count toward GPA hours nor toward earned hours. If you suspect that an error has been made on your transcript, please contact the USU Registrar's Office at (435)797-1116 or at transcript@usu.edu.
