The Utah State Parents Information Page is designed to keep parents informed with useful information that helps when making informed decisions about your student's future.

FERPA

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 prohibits Utah State University from releasing certain personally identifiable information from a student’s record to a third party (e.g. parent, spouse, etc.) without the student’s explicit written consent.

The Release of Information form allows a student to name person(s) who have direct access and permission to view, modify or release student records in the behalf of the student.
