The USUSA Constitution requires the Student Government and their committee members to maintain good academic standing and at least 12 undergraduate and/or 6 graduate semester credits.

I hereby release all of the above information to the Service Center to be used for appointment purposes only. I also authorize the office to review my academic records to verify my grade point average. If I should be appointed, I agree to release my grades to the Service Center as long as I am a member of Service Center Leadership.
